Filled with God’s Presence and Promises / Amazon Giveaway

I spent the first twenty-one years of my life completely unaware of how spiritually empty I was.

You can actually co-exist with spiritual emptiness for so long that you grow numb to it.

Thankfully even when we aren’t thinking about God, He is always thinking about us.

He passionately reached down with His love and captivated my heart.

That was over two decades ago; I have depended on the grace of His presence and promises every day since then.

Our soul was designed to need God.

Behind the scenes in our life, every day… we need Him.

God has made a lot of promises; EVERY single one of them is fulfilled to us through Christ Jesus!

2 Corinthians 1:20

For all of God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ

with a resounding “Yes!” And through Christ, our “Amen”

(which means “Yes”)ascends to God for his glory.”

He fulfilled it all!  We can live with the grace of His presence and the powerful reality of His freedom every day!

I’ve been working on all the details to publish my first book…

“Fulfilled – Learning to Live the Life God Promised”

The tentative release is August 2015!  Lots of details coming soon!

May you be encouraged my sweet friends to live every day like you are LOVED…

because YOU ARE!

God Blessings

  1. Danise your always encouraging me every time I read your blogs.thanks for being a blessing I needed to read this Today.

  2. Such a comforting thought: “Thankfully even when we aren’t thinking about God, He is always thinking about us.” It is also a challenge isn’t it! He thinks about me way more than I think about Him … I need to consider Him more and more as I journey through my day. Thank you for the encouragement that no matter what … I am filled with the presence of the Lord! #RaRaLinkUp (and I can’t wait for your book!)

  3. Danise! First book! So exciting! I can’t wait : ) The topic sounds fantastic and I’m sure the Lord has given you plenty to say on it.

I’ll be checking back for details and just want to encourage you from #RaRaLinkup that He will use your words and even if it’s frustrating, hashing out the details is for His glory too!

  4. This here was wonderful > “He passionately reached down with His love and captivated my heart.” I am so grateful He captures us with His excellence & love. May He bless you as you write your first book!

  5. So excited for you Danise! I love you words, “Our soul was designed to need God.” How much time we spend trying to fill that need with anything and everything but God, yet He is the ONLY thing that could ever fill that need! Blessings to you!

  6. Well said Danise. You grow numb to how spiritually empty you are. This is because of people and the need to please the world. Once you realize your identity nothing else matters. His mercies are new every day.

  7. Thankfully even when we aren’t thinking about God, He is always thinking about us.

While NOW I think about HIm all. the. time. there was a day when I pushed Him far away. Yet He never forgot me. Thank You, my Father. Blessing and hugs, Danise. #RaRaLinkup

  8. Love your reminder that God is always thinking about us. That gives me great comfort, joy, and peace. It so reflects His love for us, and I want to do the same for Him. Fixing my heart, mind, and soul on Him!

  9. “Thankfully even when we aren’t thinking about God, he is always thinking about us.” Amen! I went through a long period of spiritual emptiness too, Danise, and I’m so thankful that God never stopped pursuing me. He truly is an amazing, merciful God and my life is so full now that He is front and center. Thank you for sharing these truth filled words with us today.

  10. I praise God that he fulfills it all. He knows and sees and is at work to meet our every need. Thanks Danise for a good dose of morning encouragement. Cheering you from the #RaRalinkup on Purposeful Faith.

  11. What exciting news about your first book! I bet you can’t get the smile off of your face! I love the benediction that is written in the image at the end of your post – our church uses several different ones to end services, but that one is sure my favorite.

  12. “Thankfully even when we aren’t thinking about God, He is always thinking about us.” <—I could not be more grateful for that. Even when we go through those dry and numb spells and God feels distant to us, He is near and we are in His thoughts and He still moves for us. Such a huge blessing to be loved that BIG.
